You can find us on our office from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but we answer our phones 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as we serve customers around the clock, seven days a week. Please phone our office if you have an urgent need, since our email is not checked during the nights and weekends.

An authorization will be placed 24 hours before the service, confirming your appointment will take place.

If you need to cancel your appointment - you can do so freely before your credit card is charged, that is, we offer free cancellation up to 24h before the appointment.

If you're booking online, you must provide a credit card at the time of booking your reservation. It will be charged 24 hours before the trip, which will act as a booking confirmation. If we can not authorize your credit card, you will be contacted via SMS, otherwise your trip will be cancelled and a new booking will need to take place, pending upon availability.

You will need to let us know a pet is joining at the time of your booking as we need to prepare the vehicle to receive a pet and an extra charge of $30 will be charged.

If you need to add a pet into your guest list at the last minute, you will need to sign a responsibility form and pay an extra $50 fee. Be aware that, in this case, you will be liable for cleanup fees should anything happen.

Because each child is unique, customers are strongly advised to bring their own child safety seats and booster seats. However, if needed, we can provide additional car seats for $20 each. Be sure to let the office know beforehand that a child will be joining and that a car seat will be needed.

Last minute car seat rentals can cost up to $50 depending on availability.

It is dependent on demand, but in most cases, we are able to provide cars for up to two hours.

Simply give us a call to make your reservation as soon as your plans are made. We usually recommend as much advance notification as possible, particularly during our high seasons (spring & fall). Your reservation may be made up to six months in advance. Simply contact or e-mail us as soon as you have all the essential information, including at least the date and time of your trip or special occasion.

Absolutely! Customers can come to our offices during normal business hours to look at cars and make reservations. We're happy to show off our fleet, but clients need to make an appointment in advance to make sure the vehicle will be available at our office.

Yes, a transfer service might be available sometimes, but not during busy times or special events. A transfer is essentially a direct, one-way, scheduled pick-up and drop-off. Extra stops and driving around aren't included in the price, so you'd have to pay extra for them. It is advisable to provide all information at the time of booking so that our provided quote reflects your needs in the best way.

Each vehicle is furnished with bottled water, ice, glasses, and napkins. Customers are allowed to bring their own refreshments and snacks, with the exception of kegs. Alcoholic beverages are authorized provided that every passenger in the car is at least 21 years old. We recommend using tiny, ready-to-drink bottles of alcohol over bigger containers that require pouring and mixing to prevent mishaps.

Each and every vehicle is completely NON-SMOKING. If a passenger smokes in a car, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed, in addition to the cost of repairing any damage caused by smoking on the vehicles.

We are ecstatic that you have so many friends joining you, but we are responsible for their safety in our cars. In order to follow our insurance policy, there is a maximum number of people that can fit in each vehicle.

We will not go over that limit, so make sure to know what the passenger limitations are on the vehicle you are booking. If you need assistance with an upgrade to a larger vehicle, feel free to contact our office. Additional costs may apply.

Yes, definitely! Not only you're allowed to do it, but also encouraged! Feel free to bring your own music to make your experience better. All of our vehicles have CD players, iPod connections and/or Bluetooth connectivity.

If you've provided every information accordingly, you should not encounter any extra fee outside of our unforeseen events fees.

Unforeseen Events Fees

Damage fee - At the conclusion of your rental, if any of the glassware is damaged, the chairs are torn/ripped, the entertainment system remotes are missing, etc., you will be charged a damage fee. Our manager will assess and apply these costs appropriately. You can rest assured that we make sure all vehicles are in pristine conditions before they leave to your direction.

Cleanup fee - If the vehicle is deemed extremely unclean (i.e., spills, stains, etc.) that requires additional time and money to clean, a cleaning charge will be imposed. This includes vomit/sickness that is NOT contained in a trash bag or container. The minimum cost is $250.
